The New York State History Day program is sponsored by the Cooperstown Graduate Program and the State University of New York at Oneonta. The New York State History Day team includes historians, graduate students, and faculty who teach courses around history, science and the museum field.
The 2024 Contest will take place at SUNY Oneonta on April 14, 2024.
Student interviews and judging* will take place on the 14th only. Please let us know in advance of conflicts.
*The first round of judging for papers, websites, and documentaries will begin virtually before the contest. However, all students, teachers, and judges only need to be on campus on the 14th.
